Gary Manning
Gary Manning has a passion for innovation and has built products with Facebook, Akamai, and Google. A sought-after speaker Gary has held the stage at such esteemed conferences as the Microsoft Canadian conference on big data algorithms, the International Akamai conference, Google Think USA on platform speed optimization, and the OpenX North America on advertising optimization.
A co-founder of three scaled startups in Content Publishing, Social Media / Web Big Data Analytics, Gary helped scale Diply to a top 50 website globally, and a top 15 website in the US, CAN, AU, and UK.

Maar Qazi
Maar Qazi operates at the intersection of performance, AI innovation, data ethics, and deep consumer insight. Kyle Belbeck
Kyle Belbeck has developed a hybrid way of approaching marketing projects to best utilize the team’s expertise while considering the clients’ goals. Identifying, planning, and executing a solution in harmonious order, then watching the growth of a client as a result, is gratifying to witness.
Outside of work, Kyle loves the game of golf, which he describes as a tug of war between euphoria and madness. He believes it’s the simplest and most complicated game ever played.

William Metcalfe
William brings diverse expertise in UX Design, Product Design, and UX Research. His passion for crafting exceptional user experiences and web design drives him to continue sharpening his skills.
Outside work, he enjoys movies, video games, and playing guitar, fueled by his belief that “Every great design begins with an even better story.”

Erin Foster
Erin Foster is pro-efficient in all areas of website development. But really, her expertise lies in problem-solving, the foundation of development. Erin started developing websites as a kid when she coded her own Neopets pet pages. It wasn’t until she was in her high school computer class that she realized she could turn her hobby into a career. Erin’s goal is never to stop learning. She enjoys painting and makes her own skincare products and household cleaners.

Nathan Bastien
Nathan Bastien is a designer who seamlessly blends graphic design and digital marketing to create visuals that capture attention and drive results. His journey began with an early fascination with how branding shapes perception, and it’s this passion that fuels his work today.
Creativity is a constant pursuit for Nathan, extending beyond his design projects. Whether collaborating with creatives in music or video, he’s always exploring new ways to bring ideas to life, ensuring his work remains fresh and impactful.

Khoa Nguyen
Khoa Nguyen works in Martech and website development at Giant, specializing in building internal tools and optimizing websites for better performance. He taught himself programming after coming up with an app idea two years ago, and along the way, he fell in love with coding and decided to pursue it as a career.
Khoa is passionate about learning new technologies and programming languages and he enjoys implementing them in his daily workflow.
Outside of work, he loves playing sports, going to the gym and building side projects.

Antonio Martinez
I’m Antonio, a Senior Content Producer and Editor at GIANT Creative, where I specialize in photo and video production—from creative planning to final delivery. I ensure every project is executed with both technical precision and creative intent. I work across a range of formats and platforms, using everything from FPV drones to cinema cameras, and have experience leading smaller crews on a variety of shoots. I also manage equipment logistics and streamline asset workflows across servers, cloud storage, and drives.
My background includes hands-on experience as a rental technician, where I helped manage a warehouse of high-end gear, as well as working as a grip and lighting technician on a range of high-end commercial sets, documentaries, and short films. These roles taught me the importance of gear QC, lighting setups, and working efficiently on fast-paced sets.
I studied Advanced Filmmaking at Fanshawe College and completed the Camera Assistant program at Sheridan College. Outside of work, I’m passionate about endurance challenges like long-distance cycling and winter camping, and enjoy learning intricate skills like grafting, solving a Rubik’s Cube, or mastering 12-hour Tonkotsu ramen recipes.

Nick Supapol
Nick is a revenue-focused marketer with 15+ years of experience helping 100s of brands scale. He specializes in finding the tactical “fast-forward” button for business growth. Nick brings a rare blend of technical strategy and creative intuition to the team, with core expertise in Paid Media, CRO, and UX. A dedicated mentor in the digital space, he has developed and taught marketing programs at the University of Toronto, Durham College, and IAB Canada.
